Description

This charming dress was designed by Edward Abbott in the 1960s and was a high-end ready to wear brand which retailed in the UK and US. It is tailored from a very fine quality cream linen cloth which is printed all-over with vibrant florals and foliage in fuchsia, violet, royal blue, baby blue and green. It showcases a classic, flattering sheath silhouette with a wide neckline, nipped-in waist and relaxed pencil-shaped skirt. The dress fastens at the back of the neck with a hidden tonal zip and hook-and-eye clasp. It is fully lined throughout with cream silk for a comfortable, luxurious wear and would be a perfect choice for a summer garden party.

This petite dress is in excellent vintage condition with no issues and looks barely worn. Due to its age, it has no composition or size label so please check our measurements below as the fabric has no stretch. We believe this piece would best suit a US size 2-4, UK size 6-8.
