2003 Tom Ford for Yves Saint Laurent Belted Jacket
Description
This spring / summer 2003 collection belted trench style jacket was designed by Tom Ford for Yves Saint Laurent during his tenure as creative director between 1999 and 2004. It is crafted from a thick, high-quality oyster pink coloured cotton blend, with a crossover front, high collar and waistbelt. The shoulders have traditional trench coat like lapels on each shoulder. It has long sleeves which are also finished with button cuffs. The front panels of the jacket feature a flattering seam detail around the bust and waist, which is further emphasised by the adjustable belt. The jacket has a soft silky lining, making it a truly comfortable and versatile piece which can be styled in several ways. Side pockets complete the look.
