Beautiful gold plated shell cameo brooch, with rope twist detail and a coral bead surround. It has a safety chain.
There is wear to the gold plating. The coral beads are on wire and secured to the bottom of the brooch with glue. The brooch can also be worn as a pendant.
This is a fabulous antique cameo brooch dating to the early 20th century.
