'Moon over the Westway'
In addition to my painting activities, I'm also a musician. My band had a studio space in this area of west london W10, called the stables. Nowadays, it's a mixture of auto companies, traveller encampment, and studios.
I was fascinated by the jumble of vehicles and containers underneath the westway. Above there are 4 tower blocks, one of them is Grenfell, a national tragedy still unresolved as I write. I put a shining light over this building.
