1940s Brown Suede Barrel Clasp Bag
Description
This unusual late 1940s bag is crafted from luxurious, rich brown suede in a pouch-like shape. The brass hardware is exposed at the top of the bag and fastens with two chunky oversized spheres that form a clasp. This tactile bag is lined with chocolate brown cloth and has three slip pockets. Very fine quality but without a maker's mark, likely lost due to the passage of time. It is in very good to excellent vintage condition with a very small amount of rubbing to the suede frame - no marks to the pouch element of the bag itself. Clean inside.
