1980s Deadstock French Rose Print Shirtwaister Dress
Description
This early 1980s rose print dress is cut in a classic midi shirtwaister style and is unworn with tag! It has a V shaped neckline with a high collar and fastens down the front with four gold and yellow toned glass buttons. The top section is gathered and elasticated at the waist to create definition, with cap sleeves for a chic everyday look. The material is a lovely lightweight, soft polyblend, separated into colour panels of soft grey and pillar box red. The fabric has an abstract, almost illustrative floral design, with suggestions of pink and cornflower blue shades.
