1990s Moschino Jeans Black Stone Wash Denim Stretch Dress
Description
This Moschino Jeans dress was designed in the brand's highly sought-after 1990s heyday. Moschino Jeans was launched in 1986 by late founder, Franco Moschino. Tailored to a super-short, mini-dress style with pretty puff-sleeves and a cinching bustier top, it is cut from grey stonewash stretch-denim. The bust features the brand's signature flap pockets with polished gold-tone buttons embossed with a tiny cowboy hat - an idiosyncratic detail typical of the playful brand. As though this dress was a pair of jeans, the back features two patch pockets, one embroidered with the brand name in tonal thread and fastens under the arm with a tonal zip.
In excellent vintage condition with no flaws of any note. Labelled a vintage Italian 42, this equates in modern sizing to a UK 8-10 or US 4-6. The fabric is composed of 70% cotton and 30% elastane and the dress does have some stretch - up to 2 inches (5 cm) beyond the measurements below. Our model is a UK 8-10 and 5ft 11in (163cm), this dress fit her well.
