1990s Kenneth Jay Lane Black and White Bracelets with Pink Gemstones

£285.00

Description

These late 1990s to early 2000s bracelets by Kenneth Jay Lane make a real statement, especially when stacked together. Weighty and extravagant, they would be perfect for a cocktail party or black tie event. Kenneth Jay Lane, who began designing jewellery in 1963, was famously compared to Coco Chanel on a number of occasions for his popularisation of high quality costume jewellery.

The bracelet pair are crafted from gold-toned base metal, and detailed with white enamel with black spots to form a playful animal print. Each bracelet is detailed with three large pink cushion-cut stones and open with a hidden hinge. Inside, the metal has an organic striped texture, and is adorned with a “KJL” embossed plaque with copyright symbol. They are in excellent condition with a slight tarnish inside - not visible when worn.
