1980s Yves Saint Laurent Haute Couture Pink Bead Necklace
Description
This rare 1980s Yves Saint Laurent triple strand necklace was made for a haute couture collection by Maison Martine Boutron. Of pink marbled stone beads, the stand-out detailing of this necklace are the two perspex hearts in chocolate brown. These sit next to the clasp and are adorned with clusters of the pink marbled beads. The fastening is an elaborate take on an S-clasp; rendered in brass which attaches to a twist chain which ends in a single pink bead. In excellent vintage condition with no flaws. Unlabelled as almost all the Maison's designs for the house were.
