1950s White Organza Gown With Floral Print Overlay and Fitted Bodice

This sensational 1950s white cotton organza gown with floral print overlay is of exceptional quality and is beautifully constructed to showcase a classic hourglass figure. The floral overlay hosts a vibrant abstracted floral print in deep pinks, blues green and yellow, and excites an exotic feel. The fitted bodice is sleeveless with pinched fabric straps and a sweetheart neckline which crosses over the bust to the left and is framed with a pretty upward facing ruched trim in white. The waistband draws in tightly and is accentuated with a piped seam before cascading into a full floor sweeping skirt. The skirt features a thigh length slit at the front left, modestly masked by a panel of softly folding white opaque organza.
