A 1990s vintage pencil skirt by Valentino, in lustrous heavy dark navy satin.

It is straight cut, knee length with sailor front: 2 vertical button fastening, and buttoned panel across front with lovely mother of pearl buttons.  Buttoned flapped pocket at the back.
