The bodice of this dress has an ivory short sleeved batwing style cut, and enhanced by a V neck, surrounded by a bertha collar, which gives the effect of a cape at the back. The lower half of this dress is a black floaty skirt, which is designed to fit and flare at the waist, which can be adjusted with matching ties.
