A splendid skirt in silver grey taffeta by Sylvia Heise. 

Slim fitting over the waist and hips, this ingeniously cut skirt is made of a taffeta fabric that is pulled up in a series of tiers formed by diagonally cut loose pleats down to just above the ankle.  The overall effect is that of an Edwardian hobble skirt.  

No waistband, back zip, fully lined.
