Fabulous 40s dress made from black silk. Has a scoop neckline, sleeveless, a small waistband and skirt with 2 rows of long black fringing on collar and drop waist. Has a black tie that ties on the waist. Zips on the back for a neat finish. A very elegant dress with lots of flair!
