Description
A wonderful vintage 3 piece skirt suit by Bernat Klein, in beautiful neutral abstract patterned jersey fabric.
Sleeveless V-neck top with matching A line below the knee skirt and casual jacket. Complemented by a pale yellow bucket hat made by Edward Mann with matching hat band.
The jacket is straight cut with notched collar, mother of pearl buttons and slanting patched pockets.
Bernat Klein (6 November 1922 – 17 April 2014) was a Serbian textile designer and painter. From his workshop in Scotland he produced fabrics for major haute couture houses including Chanel, Dior, Balenciaga, Pierre Cardin and Saint Laurent, before launching his own label.
