1930s Soft Grey and Gold Lame Floral Print Dress With Empire Waistband

This absolutely enchanting vintage 1930s full length dress in dove grey textured silk with gold lame floral design is in beautiful vintage condition. The dress features an empire line bodice and a boat neckline with thick shoulder straps and a ruffle atop of the bust. The ankle length A line skirt has inserts at the front and reverse to enhance the volume and movement. There is a zip fastening at the left. This lovely dress would lend itself to a variety of occasions and the opulent almost iridescent quality of the fabric makes this piece truly special. Would best suit a US size 2, Uk size 6.
