Fantastic 1990s Moschino Cheap and Chic early label black velvet shift dress with novelty vinyl appliques. A trademark of this whimsical fashion house during this period and very much in homage to Pierre Cardin’s space age mod dresses of the 1960s. Of quality cotton velvet, the design features oversized rows of clear and black plastic paillette sequins in hearts, flowers and a zig zag pattern. Cap sleeves, a scoop neck and gentle A sline shaping gives the dress a demure, classic look. Fastens at the side with concealed zip and hook-and-eye closure. In excellent vintage condition with no faults of any note. The size label is not present, but we suggest this will best fit UK size 6-10 or US 2-6.
