A 1970s vintage long evening dress by Belinda Bellville, in black velvet and tulle with gold polka dots.
Empire line bodice in black velvet with wide scoop neck. Narrow A line skirt to ankle length, made of black net with gold jacquard polka dots, with black underskirt and black velvet band at the hem. Short transparent puffed sleeves made of the same net with black velvet trim.
