1980s Vicky Tiel Couture Strapless Black Silk Dress

This elegant black couture evening gown by Vicky Tiel with gathered silk jersey bodice and silk taffeta skirt is of exceptional quality and has beautiful construction. This lovely strapless dress has a seductive sweetheart neckline which plunges fairly low at the bust and has boning throughout the bodice for extra support. The full skirt flares out from beneath the bodice in a series of soft but structured pleats and has a pleasing volume with no cause for additional petticoats. The dress is fully lined in black silk, fastens with a zip at the centre reverse and is in excellent vintage condition with no flaws to mention. Would best suit a US size 4, UK size 8
