This is a gorgeous 60s 70s party dress made from a luxurious feeling black velvet. This dress has a funnel neck, wide sleeves and a shift cut. There is a decorative gold sequin embellishment to the hip of this dress, and a zipper at the back to fasten you in. This dress has no inner lining, and there is a side slit at either side of this dress.
