This Original Vintage 1980's Black Oversized Pleated Top With Navy Velvet Detailing is a rare design by Virginie Paris. In great condition it features tight pleats over the whole fabric, a large button up front and unusual navy velvet panelling on the inside chest, cuffs and under the lower back with intricate polka dots on the velvet fabric. It would fit a UK size 10 - 14 so please do check the measurements to avoid disappointment.
