1960s Pale Russet Pleated Silk Chiffon Cocktail Dress

This fabulous 1960s pleated silk chiffon and taffeta russet tone cocktail dress showcases some strikingly innovative tailoring and is in beautiful vintage condition. The dress is comprised of silk taffeta and has a feminine silhouette designed to accentuate the curves of an hourglass figure. There is an alluring sweetheart neckline and wide angled ruched chiffon straps which gather to a point atop of each breast. The silk chiffon overlay on the bodice is beautifully fashioned into a pleated cross over effect above the neatly synched waistband.
