This is a lovely vintage shirt dress made from a soft, white synthetic blend fabric (possibly with silk, but there is no label to confirm) with no stretch and no additional lining.
Featuring an open neckline with a sharp notched dagger collar, large white pearlescent button fastenings down to the waist, long sleeves with matching buttons on the cuffs, and a flared skirt with a concealed zip fastening at the front, and knife pleats to enhance the shape.
Covering the dress is a bold rope-like striped pattern in navy blue, with a checked design on the skirt.
*Please note that one of the buttons on the cuff has split, however it still functions fine as a fastening and could easily be replaced if necessary.
