1960s Large Silver Brooch with Red Stones
Description
This impressively sized late 1950s to early 1960s brooch features a very large number of translucent navette shaped stones surrounded by vibrant red circular stones, all individually prong set. The colours of the stones emulate rubies and smokey quartz. The metal is silver-toned. To the rear of the brooch you can really see the complexity of the craftsmanship and attention to detail in laying the different sections of the brooch over one another. At the rear, there is a long clasp which is secured with a C-clasp. It is unmarked and of excellent quality.
An unsigned beauty in superb vintage condition with no losses or faults to note.
