1970s Edwardian Style Cream Chiffon Maxi Dress
Description
This enchanting 1970s wedding gown draws on the decade’s love affair with certain aspects of 'Victorina' and Edwardian tailoring. It is crafted from a manmade, off-white chiffon trimmed with lace and ribbon in a blouson style that epitomised the birth of the new romantic era. The skirt is fully lined and trimmed with lace, and is tailored loosely to allow for ease of movement. The decadent top is trimmed with a lace-adorned ruffle in a V-shape formation and is sheer across the décolletage. A soft V-shaped peplum in sheer chiffon finishes the waist, which is tied with a satin ribbon. The back is secured with a hidden zip and hook-and-eye clasp.
A beautiful choice for a wedding dress, this piece has no flaws of any note and is ready for your special day or a decadent summer event. No labels are present but this is nicely made and we suggest will fit up to sizes UK 10 or US 6 best.
