VINTAGE 60s 70s NAVY BLUE WHITE POLKA DOT BELTED WING COLLAR SHIRT DRESS 12 14

This is a gorgeous vintage dress made from a woven, navy blue polyester-bland fabric, with a fitted blue mesh lining throughout.
Featuring an oversized, notched, open collar with white piping on the edges, large black and pastel yellow button fastenings down the front, a fitted front yoke with matching white piping, short sleeves with turn up cuffs, two large patch pockets on the hips, and a detachable white belt to cinch in the waist for a flattering silhouette.
Covering the dress is a small polka dot pattern in white, that is woven into the fabric.
