VTG 60s 70s FLORAL BLUE WHITE JABOT RUFFLE FLOUNCE SLEEVE SUMMER DRESS 8 10

This is a gorgeous vintage fitted dress made from a soft blue sheer synthetic fabric.
With long circular flounce sleeves, jabot-style ruffle collar with tiered ruffled around the neck line, zip fastening at the back with an additional side zip for a fitted silhouette, and a floaty wide skirt.
Covering this dress is a beautiful floral print in soft shades of blue and white.  
This dress is fully lined in white.
