A super cute top by Marc Jacobs, 2000s, in jaunty horizontal stripes of red, white blue and magenta, with little matching parakeets sitting on a waist high stripe.

Round neck, wide fitting to below the waist with a gathered ruffle below to hip length.  Short sleeves, back zip, unlined.
