VINTAGE 60s 70s BLACK RUFFLE MANDARIN COLLAR SHORT FLARED DRESS 10

This is a gorgeous vintage short dress made from a black polyester fabric with a fitted black synthetic lining.
Featuring a short mandarin style collar with small black fabric-covered decorative buttons, zip fastening at the back, long sleeves with presser stud fastenings and ruffles on the cuffs, decorative satin ruffles down the bodice, a pointed fitted waist band, and an inverted pleat in the skirt to enhance the flared shape.
