2017 Alessandra Rich Documented White Ruffle Tulle Long Jacket

This striking white maxi dress jacket was part of Alessandra Rich’s Fall 2017 ready-to-wear collection (look 13/42). Tailored from dozens of net ruffles layered on top of each other, it has a voluminous, theatrical silhouette that cocoons the body all the way down to the floor. It is unlined and, as a result, is slightly sheer - the perfect, peekaboo cover-up for a wedding dress or evening attire. It has a curved, shawl lapel tailored from thick ivory silk; very reminiscent of classic tuxedo collars which adds a slight formality. The long-sleeves are tailored from coordinating white ruffles of net. The front crosses over and is secured with four ivory silk ties.

This voluminous piece is in excellent vintage condition with no flaws of any note. The main fabric is 100% Polyester and the collar is 100% Silk. It has no size label and should work on a wide range of sizes; we have provided measurements below. The fabric has no stretch.
