2014 Roberto Cavalli Flame Red Sequin Mini Dress with Lace Inserts

Made in Italy, this flamboyant Roberto Cavalli dress is circa 2014. Cut from smooth silk in a vibrant vermilion red, it has a panelled construction, broken up with sheer strips of tonal red lace under the bust, around the waist and down the sides. The silk itself is embellished with sequins in iridescent tonal red, sheer and dark russet hues which form a glittering leopard print pattern - a signature print of the fashion house. The dress is sleeveless, with a deep-V cut at the front and the rear. Beautifully crafted, the dress is lined throughout in tonal red silk, except where the lace sits so that it creates a peekaboo effect. It fastens with a chunky gold-tone metal zip at the rear which is finished with a logo-embossed zip-pull.

Presented in excellent vintage condition, with no flaws to the sequin work or silk. It is made from 100% Silk and the lining is 100% Polyamide. Labelled a size Italian 42, this equates to a UK 10 or US 6. We have provided measurements below. Our model's sizes are: Bust: 33" (84cm), Waist 26" (66cm), Hips: 34" (86cm), 5' 7" (170cm) and she's a size UK 6, US 2. This dress had room to spare on her.
