Great little black dress from American designer Ceil Chapman. Featuring pretty cross over and ruching detail to the front and a sexy low neckline to the back this is the perfect party dress! The short sleeves add a little extra cover and the full skirt drapes beautifully with lots of movement. The dress is boned through the waist for extra support and the bodice is lined in black. It fastens at the back with a zip and is in excellent condition.
