Description

Original aurora borealis rhinestone crystal earrings from the 1950s. Austrian crystal manufacturer, Daniel Swarovski, invented this finish in 1956 when he began coating crystals with a special iridescent sheen. These clip-on earrings are in a teardrop-shaped array of round stones around one large central round stone. The back is formed from silver-toned metal and features a classic clip-on clasp.

These earrings are in fantastic vintage condition with all original stones present and are easy to wear. Unmarked but very high quality finish and presentation.
