1960s Jaeger Cream and Beige Polka Dot A-Line Dress

This pretty tonal polka-dot dress was designed by British fashion label Jaeger for its Young Jaeger line during the mid 1960s. Tailored to a classic shift-style, it is sleeveless witha rounded neckline and knee-length, A-line skirt. The fabric is a sheer gauzy cotton in a rich cream detailed with latte-brown spots. The waist is nipped-in and detailed with a removable latte-coloured grosgrain belt that is threaded through belt loops. The dress is lined with thick cream crepe and fastens at the back of the neck with a hidden zip and hook-and-eye clasp.

This dress is in excellent vintage condition, we noted a few scattered holes to the back of the lining which cannot be seen when worn. It has no composition or size label so please check the measurements below as the fabric has no stretch. We believe that this dress would best fit a size UK 6 or US 2 and a bit smaller in height.
