An adorable smock dress by Anna Sui in black velvet polka-dot devore fabric.
The bodice is gathered with a peasant neckline, and empire line bust, both of which have a narrow black velvet ribbon drawstring. 3/4 sleeves. From the bust the skirt falls to above the knee, in shimmering floaty fabric for which Anna Sui is justly acclaimed, covered in various sizes of velvet dots. The fabric is sheer and worn over a black slip.
