VTG 60S BLACK STRIPED BURNOUT VELVET SAILORS COLLAR BELTED LBD PARTY DRESS 14

This is a lovely 60s 70s black long sleeved dress made from a polyester wool blend, featuring striped burnout velvet mesh sleeves and a sailors collar. This dress has a black synthetic inner lining and a zipper at the back to fasten you in. There are two fabric covered buttons on either cuff, and this dress comes with a belt, so it can be worn as a shift dress, or cinched at the waist. This is a great choice for anyone looking for a vintage little black dress, as this piece can be worn seasons round for any occasion.
