1990s Ciner Black and White Clip On Earrings with Faux Jade Gemstones

A statement pair of vintage Ciner shell-shaped clip-on earrings. Decorated with wiggling stripes of black and white enamel broken up by gold-plating. The earrings feature two faux jade gemstones, also outlined in gold-plating, which sit slightly off-centre towards the bottom of the earring. Richly set in gold-plated base metal.
Signed on the back of the clip and the earring base with Ciner. Ciner was a high end American costume jeweller who counted many Hollywood stars, including Elizabeth Taylor, as life-long clients. These are a retired but timeless design probably produced in the late 1980s to early 1990s. In excellent vintage condition - no issues. The rubber backs are a later addition.
