2014 Chanel Navy and White Contrast Ribbed Pullover Top

Made in Italy, this white and navy contrast knitted top was designed by Karl Lagerfeld for Chanel's Spring 2014 Pre-Collection. The dress version in a reverse contrast knit was worn by Keira Knightley to the film premiere of Jack Ryan: Shadow Recruit.

Cut to a T-shirt silhouette, it has a relaxed fit and tighter fitting, wide waistband. The knit is woven from stretch-viscose to a ribbed texture, adding a sporty feel. The main body is in white and the neckline, cuffs and waistband are in the house’s classic rich navy blue. The neckline and cuffs are finished with a flat bow and there is a single cream and silver-tone button at the hip which is detailed with the brand’s instantly recognisable double-C insignia.

In excellent condition with no flaws of any note - a very wearable addition for a Chanel collector’s archive. A blend of 95% Viscose, 4% Polyamide and 1% Elastane, the top is not lined. French size 40 but it runs smaller in our opinion and with a stretch finish, our models who are both a UK 6-8 or US 2-4 and 5ft 4in (163 cm), liked the fit. I suggest it would work on up to a smaller size UK 10 or US 6 max.
