Givenchy Vintage Two Piece Dress and Jacket Ensemble, UK10
Description
A wonderful vintage two piece ensemble by Givenchy Boutique, 1980s, comprising a sleeveless dress and cropped jacket, both of which look amazing as separates too.
The dress has two wide front panels forming a deep V neck and gathering below the bust into a wide panel which encircles the waist from bust to hip. Further gathers at the hip take the skirt to knee length. A very flattering cut.
The jacket is bolero style, boxy, unfastened, with lightly padded gathered shoulders and 3/4 length sleeves. It has a V neck and hangs open to the waist.
There are no labels but the fabric looks like a coarse-woven linen, black with abstract strokes of red and white.
Material: Probably linen, lined with silk.
