Ruff Gathered Blouse A/W 2012: Long sleeve fitted blouse is cut with a high collar stand, and has heavily gathered tulle sewn around the shoulders, neckline and has an overlay of tulle over the main part of the blouse. The centre front placket has buttons sewn in for opening and closing the blouse. Fabric:100% cotton in black, red and dark green check on off white. 100% nylon tulle in black. Size 10 LAST ONE
