This is a super cute vintage halter dress made from a twill weave, white, cotton fabric with no stretch and no additional lining.
Featuring a halter top with thin red straps that fasten at the back of the neck, darts in the bust for shape, a fitted waist with a short flared circle skirt, and a short zip fastening at the back.
Detailing the dress is a bold red and blue striped pattern that is woven into the fabric.
