 This is a vintage 70s plunging neck sleeveless party evening dress made from a navy blue velvet. This is a handmade dress with ruching at the bodice to bring attention to an embellished front panel decorated with stars and silver beads. This dress fastens you in at the back with a zipper and has a high low waistline. 

This is a perfect evening / party dress for any vintage lovers who are into textures, or a celestial / whimsigoth vibe.
